“Bill and the gang I just wanted to let you know everyone our guests (last count we had over 325 guests our biggest crowd ever) at your booth at the Houston Rodeo BBQ had a great time. We have heard from so many of our guests that it is hard to put in words all of the comments that have been made to us about what a great evening they had at the cook-off. The brisket was so tender and moist that it just melted in your mouth. The ribs as always were a big hit with all of our guests. And the sausage is the best I have ever eaten (and I eat a lot of sausage where ever I am stopping). The specials meats that you guys cooked us were beyond what should come off a barbecue pit. Those stuffed pork loins, stuffed chicken breasts, and stuffed jalapenos are just unbelievable. The side dishes were also great, especially the Bill’s Surprise Potatoes. We will see ya’ll again next year at the Rodeo for sure. We have been there for over 12 years and it just keeps getting better. Every year you seem to out do the year before and I don’t know how you do that cause it is always so darn good.”

The sausage is a great addition to our serving line and I thank you for that suggestion. The chicken is always juicy and cooked to perfection. The side dishes of potatoes and beans were all great. We served over 850 people in a few hours this year at the Offshore Technology BBQ Cook and as always our booth was “THE BOOTH” that everyone was trying to get into and get their hands on some of those ribs, chicken, and sausage.
