Bill Cannon
Bill has been cooking BBQ for over 50 years. He has won numerous trophies and awards for his cooking accomplishments. he has been aired on The Food Network over the last six years on two different cooking shows. He has been on local TV stations during the rodeo cook-off showing and talking about his BBQ. He is the President of Texas BBQ Rub, Director of the Texas Gulf Coast Cookers Association, and a Certified Public Accountant. He has been a resident of Pecan Grove for 25 years.

Blake Cannon
Blake has been cooking BBQ for the last twelve years and is one of the finest young BBQ smokers in the State of Texas. He recently bought a house in Pecan Grove; returning to the neighbourhood he grew up in. Blake graduated from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi in 2005 and is a Piping Designer for URS - Washington Division.

He is the owner of Texas Pepper Jelly and is a vice-president of the Texas Gulf Coast Cookers Association.
