359BBQ.COM slow smokes BBQ Brisket, Ribs, and Sausage using our 86 years of combined BBQ experience. We use real BBQ pits fired with wood. Your brisket and ribs will be cooked up to 14 hours using our experience and your meat will be cooked to perfection. All you have to do is come by one of our 2 locations to pick up your whole brisket, whole rack of ribs, and sausage; then take it home and enjoy it. We do all of the work, and you take all of the credit. We guarantee it!

All of our meat will be cooked at our location on FM 359 in Richmond, Texas. We start with the finest fresh meats (never frozen), season them with our own world famous Texas BBQ Rub. and cook them using traditional cooking methods. We believe in the low and slow cooking methods for all of our meats so you are assured of getting authentic Texas BBQ. All of our smoked meats are so tasty and tender that no BBQ sauce is required.

Conveniently located on FM 359 about 1/4 mile off of US Hwy 90 in Richmond, Texas we are 2 miles from Pecan Grove and all of the surrounding communities located on FM 359. We have cooked fund raisers for the Pecan Grove fire department and Boy Scout Troop 1656 for the last four years, and have developed a great reputation for the briskets we have cooked for those two organizations.

It is simple to order. All you will have to do is come by the location you select with your order, and pick up your fully smoked brisket, ribs (uncut), and pork sausage (links).

Pickup times will vary with each cook date. See the cooking schedule for your pickup time window.

Smoked Brisket

Your fully cooked BBQ Brisket will weigh between 8 to 10 pounds. Slow smoked over a mixture of pecan and mesquite woods for at least 12 to 14 hours. It will be fully wrapped in foil, uncut, and given to you in an aluminum pan. The costs of a fully cooked brisket is $50. That is about $5.50 a pound. You save about 50% over the cost of BBQ restaurant meats.

Pork Spare Ribs

Seasoned with our own Texas BBQ Rub and slow smoked for 6 to 8 hours ensures the ribs are juicy and tender with a taste that is incomparable. We have served up ribs to huge crowds at the Houston Rodeo BBQ Cook Off and the Offshore Technology Conference BBQ every year for the last 15 years. You just have to taste one to believe how good they really are. You get a whole rack (13 ribs) for $23. The average full rack of ribs will weigh three pounds. A whole rack will serve 5 to 6 people.

Smoked Sausage

Our sausage is a true crowd pleaser wherever we are cooking. This is a traditional Texas sausage made in Snook, Texas. It is a pork-beef sausage with a slight jalapeno seasoning, which makes this sausage such a hit at all the events we cook. The cost of the sausage is $2 a link. It comes in links that weigh about five ounces each. You can't go wrong with a couple of pounds of this sausage. Figure 1/4 pound of sausage per person.
